Hirosaki's "BAR THE GYO" (Kojimachi, Hirosaki, TEL 0172-80-9330) relocated and opened on February 5th.

This store relocated from Meijiya Golden Gai (Blacksmith Town) to Jotokaku (Blacksmith Town) and renewed as a sister store of "Pub Grandpa" (Dote Town). Yoshitaka Nakamatsu opened as a kyoza bar in December 2017. “I noticed that few people dislike Gyoza. The recipe is seasoned with my grandmother's Gyoza, which I made with him a long time ago. You can prepare as many as you want one day before and put it to bed for a deeper flavor,” says Nakamatsu. ..

Based on grilled gyoza, we pay particular attention to the seasonings we offer, and provide vinegar soy sauce, vinegar pepper and garlic olive oil. The common chili oil is homemade and finished with 100% sesame oil. Some people have already said that they would like to take it home, and said, "I want to respond flexibly."

The store area is about 18 tsubo and the number of seats is 33. Kuji Nakamatsu, the store owner, said, “The concept of Japan from the perspective of Westerners has made it a space where you can enjoy things even if you think you are mistaken for China or Korea.” The interior of the store is aged with mortar molding, and "play" is scattered in the details. We also focused on lighting and refurbished the outer wall.

The menu is "Gyoza with special wings (6 pieces)" (450 yen), "Gyoza rice ball" (250 yen), "Gyoza skin and radish crispy salad" (650 yen), "Chicken char siu white water" (Paitan) Noodles-Place the chili oil to eat” (900 yen). The drink menu offers draft beer (500 yen), cocktails (550 yen for each), sour (450 yen for each), "Atsukan Asatsu Cup Cup Sake" (450 yen), and "mochimochi vanilla using gyoza skin". Sweets menus such as "Ice" (550 yen) and "Various kinds of chocolate" (400 yen) are also available.

Mr. Kuji says, "We are aiming to create a store that makes children who cannot drink alcohol come to take pictures. I want to create an alley that makes them want to visit." "If you enjoy gyoza and sake in an extraordinary space," he said.

Business hours are from 18:00 to 2:00 the next day. Closed on Mondays.
