On the 29th of January, the Yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniku Hormone Bar Gourmet Motsube" (TEL 0172-26-6535, Hirosaki City) in Hirosaki's commercial complex "Runesuary" was renewed.

The same store was renewed with a different name from "Charcoal dining motubee". The price of the meat menu for single items was changed to 380 yen with the aim of having people use it as a restaurant for everyday meals on the occasion of the 1st anniversary of the move, and the interior with lanterns etc. creates a public sense. The store area is about 15 tsubo and the number of seats is 55.

The manager, Satoshi Hanada, is from a hotel man in Hirosaki. Since 2014 (Heisei 26), he has been assigned as the manager of the "Hormone House Motsube" near the Hirosaki Park Hotel. When we moved to the same area in January 2019, we changed the concept as a store that can offer yakiniku casually.

"This renewal is positioned as a restart for "Tsumube". We will actively communicate with customers and try to serve customers with a sense of appreciation. We plan events and campaigns every day," says Mr. Hanada.

The menu is 380 yen for pork hormones, pork sagari, beef liver, beef tongue, "Tsube Harami", "Tsube Calvi", and medium-sized meat. The low price cooked cherry salmon roe (880 yen), three sashimi platters (700 yen), and the popular "Aburi Yukko" (290 yen) have been priced at less than half the price. "I tried to push the price to the limit so that I could order it for the time being. I used A4 rank domestic beef and the burner performance is still alive," says Mr. Hanada.

In addition, assortment (880 yen ~), "protruding ribs" (1400 yen), Morimori cabbage (300 yen), Kimchi assortment (600 yen), Skillet DE cheese bibimbap (850 yen), etc. The drink menu includes highball (350 yen), beer (450 yen), cocktails (350 yen each), local sake (600 yen and up), soft drinks (200 yen each).

Mr. Hanada said, "We will provide services such as a pass (300 yen) that will give you 980 yen for all-you-can-drink for 1,500 yen for two months, and a limited monthly menu, so that you can enjoy yakiniku whenever you come. I want to put it in."

Business hours are from 17:00 to 23:30.
