The event "Cocktail Party" was held by young bartenders on November 16th at Hirosaki Park Hotel (Hirosaki City, Dote Town). Sponsored by The Red Carpet Executive Committee.

The "Apple Cocktail Party," which was held until last year at the former Hirosaki Kyogyosha (Miyukicho), a nationally designated important cultural property, is no longer held this year due to the fact that it has become unavailable due to the restoration and repair of the same building. "We will hold a cocktail event this year as well," 10 young bartenders from the city set up the executive committee and plan. On the same day, about 250 visitors gathered and enjoyed 10 original cocktails with the theme of movie.

We boiled the venue by drinking a cocktail with the theme of the movie provided by Daichi Niinuma of "Garcom de Bar" on the stage.

Various events are held at this event. Hiroyuki Kobayashi of "Bar Ga-Gaah" took first place in the "Cocktail Contest," where the votes were cast by the visitors. The original cocktail is a sake-based cocktail inspired by the movie "SAYURI". “I was surprised when I received the award, but I was honestly happy,” said Kobayashi.

Hiroki Soma of "BAR WASABI" organized the event by organizing the youth executive committee with an average age of about 31 years. "There were a lot of reflections, but I hope we can contribute to the improvement of Hirosaki's cocktail culture," Soma said. "There were some people saying that the participation fee was 5,000 yen, but we should continue to hold events worth more than that," he said.
