"HLS Juku vol.20 "Happy Working Techniques for Salaried Workers"" will be held on January 25 in Hirosaki's collaborative learning space "HLS Hirosaki" (Dote Town, Hirosaki City).

HLS Juku is a seminar that started in June 2017 and invites instructors from outside the prefecture to hear examples from the town development gimmicks and provide web service classes. This time, Ryo Honda, CM planner of former Dentsu, will be the lecturer.

Mr. Honda worked on commercials for Shogakukan's “Pickapic first grader” and AC “Shall I go to Kodama?”, and became independent in 2011. Responsible for serialization of "Salaryman subversion" in the outdoor magazine "BE-PAL". While publishing books on work, he holds lectures nationwide on the theme of "work-life balance" and "work styles that suit oneself."

It was planned by Takehide Tarusawa of "Next Commons Lab Hirosaki". He just made a U-turn to Hirosaki in December 2019, and he said that he will interact with Mr. Honda after he worked together in his previous job in 2016 (Heisei 28). Mr. Tarusawa, who worked with Mr. Honda at the event held in November, recalled, "When I reported to Hirosaki that I would make a U-turn, I was told that I would be able to speak at Hirosaki."

Since I learned about "HLS Juku" after U-turn, I introduced Mr. Honda as a lecturer. It has been realized. Mr. Tarusawa said, "I didn't think it would happen so quickly. I had the opportunity to interact with Mr. Honda, who was said to work three times and play three times as many people as possible. I will smile."

After a 90-minute lecture by Mr. Honda, a 15-minute question-and-answer time was set up for "71 things necessary for work from the age of 40" (Yamato Shobo), "Salariman subversion team" (Shogakukan) Book sales and social gatherings. A social gathering will be held after the exchange party. Mr. Tarusawa said, “If it becomes a place to have fun and talk with each other,” he says.

Mr. Tarusawa said, "I keep a message from Mr. Honda, "I will tell you how to work more efficiently and enjoyably while balancing work with your family." Ms. Honda's attitude of speaking as a laughable story was something that I learned a lot from myself.I hope that the way to make work and life interesting will not change regardless of occupation, age, age or environment, and I would like to receive new inspiration.” Call out.

Holding time is from 18:00 to 20:15. Participation fee is 2,000 yen for adults and 1,000 yen for students. Tickets are sold on Peatix and Facebook pages.
