While there are cases of information transmission using V-tubers of companies and local governments, the two people started activities together in November as individuals.

Rinko Tsugaru, who started her activities on November 5th, "Good Apple Day," wears a belt with the image of the red Nebuta, and a hair clip and choker with the motif of apple flowers and buds. "I was born and raised in Tsugaru. My father is from the south and I want to convey the charm and fun of Aomori Prefecture to many people. Nepuko Tsugaru greeted "Dondanzu (what do you do with Tsugaru dialect)" and started activities from November 16th. "I want to convey the appeal of the language of the local area to the younger generation who do not know the Tsugaru dialect," he said. Nepuko, who wears a sailor suit modeled on the uniform of a middle school in Hirosaki, said, "Because of the countryside and attachment."

Nepuko said, “I was thinking about doing something myself by becoming a V-tuber a couple of years ago. When I saw the live performance of V-tuber in Chiba in September this year, my thoughts exploded. It was instantly noticed."

It was a coincidence that the two started working at the same time. Nepuko said, “It's a great support for me to meet V-tubers who have the same aspirations as “I want to liven up Aomori!” I will show my motivation."

Regarding future activities, Mr. Rinko said, “I would like to liven up Aomori together with people who have a relationship with Aomori. Currently, I am looking for lyrics from Aomori composers. I want to distribute games such as Mahjong and Hanafuda, which are special skills because I am often in the area."

Nepuko said, "There are lots of goals such as having the standard language people use the Tsugaru dialect, operating the Nepco Hirosaki Neputa, and having a lot of goals. At some big live venue, we will call and respond with "Don't Donz" A dream that I want to achieve. When the viewer feels free to plunge into the rough side, I am happy," he says with a smile.
