Hirosaki's personal training gym "BODY WORK" (Yasuhara, Hirosaki, TEL 0172-55-9408) relocated to the Yasuhara area on December 9th.

After graduating from a vocational school in Tokyo, Mr. Hanada worked for 27 years as a trainer at sports clubs such as Gold Gym and Tipness. It made a U-turn in 2014 (Heisei 26) and opened in Aomori's first pressure training gym in Dote-cho in March of the same year. "I have been in charge of about 300 clients in their teens to 60s over five years, and have been able to lose 10 kg of weight through dietary methods and exercises based on nutrition," said Hanada.

Looking back on the business in Dote Town, Hanada said, “Hirosaki has few instructors and the training environment is 30 years behind that of Tokyo. In the United States, pressure training has been incorporated into the rehabilitation and training of military personnel. The first thing we did was to start with an explanation and get the understanding.”

In recent years, he has focused on body making and produced Best Body Japan 2019 Aomori Games Associate Grand Prix. This move is said to be due to the expansion of the business. “I would like to focus on training leaders and the training environment in Aomori in the future,” says Mr. Hanada.

The admission fee is 10,000 yen. The "Standard Slimming" course starts from 114,400 yen, and the "Body Makeup & Beauty Body" course starts at 149,600 yen.
