    The "Owani Onsen Moyashi Shabu-Shabu Gozen" of the restaurant "Restaurant Hana Ringo" in Aomori/Owani celebrated its first anniversary on December 10th.

    The store in "Owani-machi community exchange center crocodile come" (Owani-machi, Minamitsugaru-gun) mainly provides menus using local ingredients.     According to Shibuya, it was the first year that Owani hot spring sprouts could be offered year-round. "Owani hot spring sprouts use hot spring water and hot spring heat in the winter environment, so it was difficult to cultivate in summer.
