On November 12, the pasta lunch specialty store "Pasta Pasta" opened in Hirosaki's Western dessert store "Dessert Shop" (Hirosaki City Miyagawa, TEL 0172-37-0188).

With the concept of "a small house surrounded by greenery", the restaurant offers pasta only with course meals. The Western confectionery shop that was in the "dessert shop" was renamed "Piccoli dolci", and it became a style in which two stores were open.

Ikuko Fujii, the store manager, said, "Formerly there was a Western confectionery store in addition to the French restaurant, but the French restaurant was closed and there was only a Western confectionery store. The place where the French restaurant was for eat-in I was using it as a store, but with this renewal I became a shop of "pasta pasta".

The store area is about 30 tsubo and the number of seats is 35. An open kitchen has been newly established in the store so that people can watch the cooking process. "The interior is cozy and some of the trees that can be seen through the window are planted trees. I want to serve freshly prepared foods as much as possible on the spot and enjoy the process and taste of cooking." Mr. Fujii.

Menus are A course (2,200 yen) and B course (1,800 yen). In addition to pasta, the course offers focaccia and piccoli salad made on the day. Mr. Fujii says, "Piccoli means "small" in Italian. Piccoli salad changes the ingredients depending on the season and sticks to the way it is provided. I would like you to actually visit the store and check it."

The course dessert comes with "Large Millefeuille" and coffee or tea. You can also order a single course meal. Drinks include "freshly squeezed juice", soft drinks such as Aomori Steuben juice, glass wine, and alcohol such as Limoncello soda (500 yen or more).

Mr. Fujii smiles, "Currently only lunch is open, but we have dinner courses for Christmas. We also support seasonal events and anniversary events. After eating, please look at the takeaway sweets."

Business hours are from 11:00 to 14:30. Closed on Mondays, and the following day if it is a holiday.
