Hirohisa City's nursery teacher Just Fit, Takehisa Suzuki, will represent Japan at the "Red Bull BC One Asia Pacific Final 2014" held in Taiwan on October 25.

Suzuki won the break dance battle contest "Red Bull BC One Hirosaki Cypher" held in Hirosaki City on May 17th. As the Hirosaki national team, he won and won the Japan national team on July 6 out of more than 500 contestants, including the local one, and became the national team.

Mr. Suzuki says, "I just give 120% of my power." I'm 27 now and breakdance started at 15. Up until elementary and junior high school, he was a baseball club with no connection to dance, but he said he fell in love with the break dance that he had invited to see.

“I had a group of people,” says Suzuki, why he continues to dance. Friends are indispensable for dance practice. Even if I couldn't go to practice many days, it was continued because I had a friend who talked to me. Some friends from Hirosaki rush to support the tournament in Taiwan.

While working as a nursery teacher during the day, he is in charge of the dance class at night. We currently have classrooms in 3 cities in the prefecture. The practice is basically done after the dance class. As a nursery teacher, he says, "Some children have unbelievable behaviors such as what is that movement? It is surprising that a new dance performance is born based on that movement."

"I want to prove that I can aim for the world even from rural areas," says Suzuki. Suzuki was the first Japanese representative to be produced from a local city at the same event. "I don't plan to win or lose, but I want to go to the world competition," he says.

The competition will qualify for the World Tournament in France on November 29th. Suzuki will leave for Hirosaki from Taiwan on October 22nd.
