On September 3, the Hirosaki store (TEL 0172-55-5481) of “Fortune-telling Senka 21” has opened in Hakodate in Motoji-machi, Hirosaki City for over 30 years.

In 1978, the founder of the store, Yuyuan Zhou, opened a fortune-telling store in Ryokawa-cho, Hakodate City. Since then, he has continued to fortune telling in the same area and has been introduced to many places by travel information magazines and local radio stations.

Hiroaki store manager and appraiser Saburo Ogawa became a disciple after taking a fortune-telling course by Mr. Yigen. He moved to Hirosaki after his marriage, but Yujigen asked him if he wanted to open a branch. It is said to be the first time to open a branch since it opened.

The scry is based on four pillars of life and Kyusei-kigaku, and a comprehensive appraisal is made by making full use of surname determination, palmistry, numerology, and blood type. There is no time limit for business consultation, naming of shops, pets, etc. Mr. Ogawa says, "We will open in the same style as the Hakodate store." "I think it's rare in Japan that there is no time limit," he said.

The appraisal fee is general = 2,500 yen, student = 1,500 yen, high school student = 700 yen. If you are an appraiser only for yourself and include multiple people, the charges will be different (negotiable).

Business hours are from 11:00 to 18:00. Closed on Sundays.
