Hirosaki City, which has the highest amount of apples in Japan, is named "Kingdom of Apples" and efforts to send information started on September 19th with the "Hirosaki Apple Harvest Festival". Sponsored by the Apple Kingdom Promotion Conference.

The project is to disseminate information about the city's tourism and industry with the keyword "apples". From September to December, the harvest season, an event called "Hirosaki Apple Expo" will be held and the city will be decorated as an apple kingdom. On the same day, three kings of the "Apple Kingdom" were unveiled and the crowning ceremony was held.

The King was selected by the general application from the 4th and 5th graders of the city. The first three kings were crowned and ordered the mayor of the Kingdom, Mayor Noriyuki Kasai, to hold a fun apple fair. “Iori,” one of the kings, said with a smile, “I was happy to be able to order the mayor.”

The Hirosaki Apple Expo will hold 13 events such as music festivals, Halloween, and apple-themed cafe tours. The King will appear at each event, and we will announce the opening of the event.
