The "Nature Living Cafe Biferbo" located in "Runesuary", a commercial complex in Hirosaki and Dote-cho, is currently offering a Halloween menu.

The store has an upscale style that creates an outdoor feel and takes off shoes before entering the store. Became a sister store of “Biferbo”, which sells shirakami honey and other products at Nishigariya Roadside Station “Tsugaru Shirakami/Beach Nishimeya”.

There are three Halloween-themed menus. Pumpkin lunch (1,100 yen) is a one-plate lunch consisting of a pumpkin soup with mushrooms, bread from "Bakaya Toitoi" (Joto, Hirosaki City) and homemade patties.

"Witch's Float" (620 yen) is made by putting soft ice cream on blood orange juice and putting a glowing cube in a glass, and adding grapes (Stuben) that look like the centerpiece. "Devil's Waffle" (580 yen) is a waffle topped with purple potato powder. Shirakami can also use honey.

Mai Sakuraba, a staff member of the store, smiles, saying, "Halloween is the image of people wearing costumes, but I want to enjoy Halloween with food."

Business hours are from 12:00 to 17:00. Closed on Wednesdays. Halloween menu sale until October 31st.
