Nakamiso Yakisoba started to sell on September 10 at Hirosaki department store "Naka-san Hirosaki store" (Hirosaki city bank).

Nakamiso, known as Hirosaki citizen's soul food, is a miso ramen that has been sold for over 40 years. They sold chilled noodles from 2016 (Heisei 28), and in 2018 (Heisei 30), they sold "yakisoba" based on Nakamiso for a limited time during the "Neputa Festival" and "Sakura Festival".

Two types are sold: Nakamiso yakisoba and Nakamiso. Both types are heated in a microwave oven, and Nakamiso was sold as Lawson hot noodles in the Tohoku area store in January this year.

Nakahiko Sales Planning Director Takahiko Higuchi said, “Nakamiso yakisoba was very popular, and there were many requests and inquiries that we would like you to have it outside the event. It was also developed together."

The price is 450 yen for Nakamiso yakisoba and 500 yen for Nakamiso.
