“JAMBO vol.2”, an event with the theme “Barber”, will be held on September 16th at the live house “Hirosaki Mag-Net” (Motoji-cho, Hirosaki City).

The same event sponsored by "Tsugaru Barber" which was formed by 9 barber shops in Hirosaki, Aomori and Goshogawara. It was held for the second time this year in Aomori, with the intention of "rooting the barber culture."

In addition to the nine owners, Naoya Okamoto from “Barbershop CHARLY” from Kochi and TOSHI from “Barbershop Hillbilly Cat” from Chiba participated as guests to cut visitors' hair on the spot and perform at performances and shows. And so on.

At the venue, local DJs, rapper Saru, rock band "THE CLIPPERS" and hip-hop crew "TAG" will perform. There will also be an eating and drinking booth, and Hibarina (Goshogawara City) and LINK (Goshogawara City) will sell snacks and alcohol.

“The barber is currently attracting attention as a barber culture, but it has not taken root in Aomori yet. It would be an opportunity to experience the attractiveness of hairstyles such as fade cuts and lines,” said Juri Sugo, the organizer.

Holding time is from 15:00 to 20:30. Tickets are ¥2,500 on the same day, ¥2,000 on the same day, and ¥1,000 for students.
