The cocktail event "LIVE Cocktail x Cooking" will be held on August 25 at Hirosaki Park Hotel (TEL 0172-31-0089, Dote Town, Hirosaki City).

This event invites bartenders from 10 stores, mainly in Hirosaki. This is the first time in three years and the theme is "live". The chef and bartender will create a live atmosphere where you can enjoy the food and cocktails that are prepared on the spot.

Mr. Daisuke Murayama, the hotel manager, said, "In addition to the participation of three new stores, we introduced sweets into the menu for the first time. We made it possible to enjoy wine tasting and beer as well as cocktails."

The venue is the 4th floor event hall "LA MELA". On stage, in addition to showing the chef's performance on video, there will also be cooking courses where you can enjoy the ingredients at home and cocktail courses by bartenders.
