The Clam Bon Cafe (TEL 0172-55-5852) opened on July 26th on the 3rd floor of the Nakasan Hirosaki store in Hirosaki (Hirosaki city bank).

It has been open since the opening of the complex Auga (Aomori City Shinmachi) in front of Aomori Station, and moved to the Nakasan Aomori store when the Auga shopping floor closed in 2017. It was closed in April of this year due to the closure of the Nakasan Aomori store.

The reopening of Nakamitsu Hirosaki store is the background to the reopening of the store. Approximately 50 brands have opened due to the outlet town "Machina Carrack" that opens on August 30th, and the store has been opened in line with the change in the target segment.

The store area is about 40 tsubo. There are 54 seats. Opens a vacant tenant at Cafe Restaurant Emilio, which closed in May. The inside of the store is unified in natural color, and the tables and chairs from the previous store are used.

The light meal menu includes "half & half set" (980 yen) where you can choose pasta and omelet rice or pancakes, various pasta (780 yen ~), various omelet rice (780 yen), etc. Sweets include "homemade souffle pancake" (880 yen), which has been reprinted since the Auga store, various "cheese tea" sweets born in Taiwan (450 yen), soft drink ice cream 300 yen, hot coffee (250) Yen), cafe latte (380 yen), etc. are available.
