It has been one month since the sale of the new brand "Aomori Ale" of Hirosaki's craft beer brewery "Be Easy Brewing" (Hirosaki City Matsugae, TEL 0172-78-1222).

The brewery started by Gareth Barnes, an American living in Aomori Prefecture. It was built together with Gareth's Hideout, a specialty store where you can drink craft beer, and was built by Gareth himself, making the most of his experience as a former US military bomb disposal team.

“Aomori Ale” is a local beer that can only be consumed in the prefecture, and a briefing session was held in February this year for local restaurants. Gareth himself showed off his own server made by improving the refrigerator, and announced that the number of stores will be limited to 20 stores in the prefecture.

Sales will start on April 22nd. Mr. Katsunori Takekawa of French & Italian "Agreable" (Mutsu City, Aomori Prefecture, TEL 0175-23-9114), which has introduced Aomori Ale, said, "Craft beer is not rooted in Aomori. There are a lot of people who have an order with them, so I think it will take root little by little."

Gareth said, “Aomori ale is a wheat-based ale. It is easy for beginners to craft beer and enjoyable for those who are accustomed to it. There are more than expected reactions, and currently there are 18 restaurants. A restaurant in Aomori prefecture We are still recruiting."

The stores offered by Hirosaki are Cafe du Bois Kamishakugin store (Kamihiragincho), Cafe & Bar Churros (Kamigawagacho), DOTECAZI (Dotemachi), Pizzeria da Sasino (Dotemachi), Happie Cafe Hirosakiekimae store (station square) Town), Mikiya (Joto Central), and Onsen Mountain Hotel (Tokibano Yunosawa).
