    Dining & bar "FUSION" (in front of Hirosaki station) opened on April 29 near Hirosaki bus terminal.

    The same store that offers about 70 kinds of wine and cocktails selected from the world. The owner, Yasuo Sudo, is from Namioka and moved to Tokyo after working at a Spanish restaurant in Hakodate after graduating from high school. Experienced bars and restaurants in Ginza and Shibuya. In 2012, obtained the certificate of Japan Sommelier Association.

    Mr. Sudo is now 32 years old. I was moved by the Chateau Latour I drank when I was 20 years old and started to pursue the wine route. “Each story is drawn on the label of the wine and it is one of the charms of wine. Please enjoy them from the wine cellar installed in the store,” says Sudo.

    The store area is about 30 tsubo and there are 28 seats. The interior of the store, which "creates an extraordinary experience," is based on white and features indirect purple illumination. The wine cellar can hold 700 bottles of wine.

    The set menu of tapas menu is 600 yen, 700 yen, 800 yen, and 900 yen, and the content changes according to the season. Pasta (1,200 yen ~), pizza (1,300 yen ~), dessert (480 yen ~) are available. Drinks include cocktails (550 yen), glass of wine (700 yen and up), beer (550 yen) and more.

    “I'm back in Aomori, so I want to try making original blended apple juice and cider,” says Sudo. “The store name means “fusion”, and if we can create a place where we can do something with other industries and peers, we can spread the appeal of Aomori overseas”.

    Business hours are from 18:00 to 24:00. Closed on Tuesdays.
