Hirosaki's general store "HOMEWORKS Nakasaka store" (Tote Town, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-33-0659) opened on April 26th.

Opened in 1988 (Showa 63), the same general store representing Hirosaki has opened on the second floor of the department store "Hirosaki Chuzo". With the opening of this store, the main store (Dote-cho) was left, and the third branch (Sakamoto-cho), which specializes in accessories, and the force branch (Dote-cho), which specializes in miscellaneous goods such as tableware and stationery, closed.

The store area is 43 tsubo. In the store, we set up an arch that resembles an open garden, and prepared a photography spot for children with chalk art. Tomoko Nomiya, the store manager, smiles, saying, "It's okay for not only children but also adults to take pictures. If you can leave a memorial for your visit,"

The products handled will be arranged in 13 categories, and domestic sweets and foods with consideration for allergies will be newly prepared. “There is no threshold that you can't enter without opening the door like a roadside store, and we would like to focus on creating a store where people who are not interested can easily enter and have their products picked up,” said Nomiya. "I want to make it a shop that can be enjoyed alone, with lovers and families."

Business hours are from 10:00 to 19:00.
