Hirosaki City Parks and Greenery Division announced the fourth scheduled date for blossoming cherry blossoms in Hirosaki Park on April 8.

According to the announcement, the blossoming of the Yoshino cherry tree in the park is expected to bloom two days later than expected on April 1 and one day earlier than normal. The planned flowering date was April 22 and the full bloom was April 27.

The total area of the park is approximately 492,000 square meters, which is equivalent to a little over 10 Tokyo Domes. The expected full bloom of the outer moat in the east is 26th, the cherry blossom tunnel in the west is 28th, and the best time to see the flower rafts with scattered cherry petals floating in the moat is April 28th to May 1st.
