On March 5, a ramen shop "Yokohama Family Ramen Ichikakuya" (Suehiro Hirosaki, TEL 0172-26-8448) opened in Hirosaki.

It is one of the ramen brands in the garden (Shinjuku Ward), which has more than 200 restaurant chains nationwide, and is the first store in Tohoku. It opened on the site of the Italian restaurant "Via Italian Vita Fillio" which closed last year.

The store area is about 30 tsubo, and there are 18 seats at the counter and 26 seats at the table, totaling 44 seats. The menu includes MAX ramen, salt MAX ramen (above 950 yen), family ramen (700 yen), red family ramen (800 yen), etc. Oil soba (700 yen) and rich black fried rice (600 yen) will be provided in the future. We offer fried chicken (5 pieces from 300 yen) and grilled gyoza (3 pieces from 180 yen) for one dish. All-you-can-eat rice (100 yen) made with rice from Aomori Prefecture is free from 11:00 to 15:00.

Takumi Sato, the owner, is now 22 years old. Born in Hirosaki, moved to Tokyo after graduating from high school. I recall that the Ikaku family used to attend often when they attended a vocational school. "I heard that you are developing a franchise and started moving around the end of last year. I want to make the taste of family ramen root in Hirosaki," he said.
