The "Onsen DE Hobby Festival" will be held on March 2 and 3 at the Green Park Morino Izumi hot spring facility in Aomori/Nishimeya.

Nishimeya is the smallest village in the prefecture with a population of about 1,300. This facility is one of the three hot spring facilities in Nishimeya and features a condominium style.

Mr. Tomoyo Sakata of Nishimeyamura Hobby Club, who is hosting the event, said, “We aim to attract customers during the off-season of winter. We have renewed the facility, such as the addition of a sauna room in December, so that as many people as possible can use it. I want to make it."

The Nishimeyamura Hobby Club is an organization formed by young people related to the village. With the concept of "creating events that can be enjoyed by children and their parents," we are planning mini 4WD competitions and survival games that make the most of nature.

At the event, the hall will be rented out to make it a place where you can enjoy mini 4WD, board games, esports, and more. We invited "DAI BUTSU" who posted a dubbing video of Tsugaru dialect to YouTube as a main guest, and held a dubbing video making workshop. “I want to make a dubbing video using a smartphone app and have fun while watching the work together,” Sakata says. Holding time is from 13:00 to 21:00. Free to join.

Mr. Sakata is from Nishimeya. While the number of young people in Nishimeya is decreasing, he wants to disseminate initiatives both inside and outside the country that young people are interested in. "You can stay at a cheaper rate than the regular price. There are facilities for self-catering and it is said that the spring quality is the best in the village. I want you to enjoy the charm of the facility while enjoying it."

Holding time is from 13:00 to 12:00 the next day. Participation fee is 3,000 yen for adults, 2,000 yen for children (above, accommodation fee included), free for infants (1,000 yen if futon is required). Reception will end as soon as there are no more rooms The day-trip participation fee is 300 yen (bath charge not included).
