Sales of hot noodles "Miso Ramen" supervised by a ramen shop "Nakamiso" in Hirosaki's department store "Nakasan" began on January 22 at Lawson in Aomori prefecture.

"Miso-miso" is a miso ramen that has been loved by Hirosaki citizens as a soul food for more than 40 years at the food court in the middle basement floor. In 2012, the store name was changed to "Nakamiso," which was the product name.

Hot noodles are a product offered by Lawson in autumn and winter, and can be eaten by heating in a microwave oven. The "Tohoku Famous Stores Supervision Series" is a project started by each prefecture in Lawson in the Tohoku area, and this time it is the third bullet. In the past, they sold hot noodles such as "Fish School" (Hachinohe City) and "Noodles and Zettons" (Aomori City). This time, only in Aomori Prefecture, we will develop two products, "KURO" and "Nakamiso," supervised by "Menya Yadara" (Hachinohe City).
