"Chinese cuisine Takao" (Kuromachi, Hirosaki City, TEL 090-6254-3770) relocated and opened on December 29.

The same store opened in a house without a hand-made Chinese restaurant Omura. There was a store near "Chuo Hirosaki Station" of Konan Railway, but it was closed on October 20 due to road expansion work.

According to the owner, Takao Kasai, "I have been operating for three and a half years since April 2015. There were several candidates for relocation, but I chose a place that was close to the previous store and easy for regular customers to visit."

The ramen menu includes "Takao Dantanmen" and Torishioyu noodles (700 yen or more). In addition to preparing fried rice (600 yen), Chinese rice (700 yen), dried roasted Ejin (shrimp and chili, 700 yen), black pork pans, fried chicken (700 yen or more), one dish and Zasai and draft beer An evening drink set (1,000 yen) with or sour is served until 21:00.

The store area is 9.5 tsubo and there are 14 seats. The interior is based on black, and the counter seats are wide so that many dishes can be ordered. Mr. Kasai smiles, "We are not a ramen specialty store, but a Chinese restaurant that offers single-course meals and sake. Please feel free to use it."

Business hours are from 17:00 to 3:00 the next day. Closed on Tuesdays.
