On December 26, Hironese opened the "Rene's Allie" (Hirosaki City, Dote Town), which also has lodging facilities centered on restaurants.

The shopping mall "Lune's Avenue," which was temporarily closed from March 2017, has been renamed "Lune's Alley". It features a structure that allows you to exit from Dotemachi-dori to Chuo Hirosaki Station, and part of the building was being demolished due to urban planning work around the station.

At the opening of business on the same day, of the eight restaurants planned to be opened, three were opened: “Local Food Buffet Soraniwa”, soup curry specialty store “Candy Spice”, and “Nature Living Bar Biffervo”.

"Sora Niwa" opens at the "Cafe Haul" site. We offer about 30 kinds of dishes mainly in Aomori prefecture in a buffet style. The price is 1,500 yen for adults, 800 yen for elementary school students, and 500 yen for elementary school students and younger. Business hours are from 11:00 to 14:30.

"Candy Spice" was relocated from "Nakasan Hirosaki Store" (Dote Town), but before April 2016, it was operating at "Rene's Avenue". It will be the first time in about 2 years and 9 months to return to the pre-relocation facility. The menu includes "Skin Paris Chicken Soup Curry" (1,180 yen). Business hours are from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 17:30 to 21:00.

"Nature Living Bar Biferbo" was relocated from "Daikanmachi Cafe & Bar" and reopened. The interior of the approximately 8 tsubo store is designed to resemble a forest or the outdoors, and it will be a small-style bar where you can enter without taking off your shoes. Takeout menus such as a raw cider (680 yen) and soft serve ice cream (420 yen) offered at "Biferbo" (Nishimeyamura) of the same store are also available. Business hours are from 18:00 to 24:00.

On January 4th, the charcoal-fire dining "Tsumube" in Dote-cho relocated and opened, and from January onwards, the pork shabu specialty store "Churasakura", the beef tongue specialty store "HINATAN", the noodle shop "Yoko "Warm" is scheduled to open. The capsule hotel "KAFUU STYLE" will open on the 2nd floor, aiming for a full opening next March.
