On July 26, a French restaurant "Salamantje du Che Moa" (Tosaki, Hirosaki, TEL 0172-55-5345) opened near the East Exit of JR Hirosaki Station.

This is the second store of "French restaurant Chemore" (Daikanmachi). The idea that the owner Rikizo Fujita had envisioned when he opened the restaurant in 1987 (Showa 62) took shape, so that families with children could easily enjoy French cuisine. "I've been working on French course meals, but some customers have told me that the threshold is high."

Mr. Fujita buys the ingredients directly in the market every morning. I don't sing "local production for local consumption," and I don't feel reluctant to say, "This is inevitable to provide good products to our customers." "I want you to enjoy French not only on special days, but on a regular basis," aiming to be a store that is easy for local customers to use.

There are 60 seats on the first floor, and there will be a counter space. There is a reserved floor on the 2nd floor for groups used for parties. The stand-up style can accommodate about 100 people.

Lunch menus include "Chef's Makana Lunch" (850 yen), "One Plate Lunch" (1,000 yen), "Salamange des Genès Course" (1,400 yen, 2,200 yen), and Steak Lunch (1,300 yen and up). In addition, "Children's Lunch" (600 yen) is also available. For dinner, there will be 60 kinds of food menus such as escargot bougainne style (160 yen each), sautéed foie gras (950 yen), and a drink menu such as wine.

Business hours are lunch = 11:00 to 15:00 and dinner = 17:30 to 23:00. Closed on Mondays (the following day if Monday is a holiday).
