The Tsugaru Dam in Nishimeya, Aomori is currently being lit up.

The dam, completed in 2016, is a gravity concrete dam with a height of 97.2 meters. With a width of 342 meters, it is one of the largest in the Tohoku region and has the largest total water storage capacity in Aomori Prefecture.

The light-up will be carried out during the Bon holidays, with 7 patterns of color changes in 30 minutes, and finally 7 rainbow colors.

The Iwakigawa Dam Integrated Management Office calls out, "It's worth seeing the ever-changing Tsugaru Dam is worth a visit. Please come and visit us."

Light up from 19:00 to 21:00. Until the 19th.
