On July 13th, Hirosaki Rice Wine (Hirosaki Rice Wine) (Ekimaemachi, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-35-6851) opened in front of Hirosaki Station.

The store has 30-40 types of sake with unique naming and labels, including famous brands nationwide. The store area is about 14 tsubo. There are 22 seats.

Masako Suita, the store owner, said, “There are many local sake stores in Aomori, so we actively collected sake from outside the prefecture.”

"I would like to introduce brands that will make you interested in sake." “At the time of the opening, I was worried about what kind of shop I would like to have with the current staff as a drinking companion, but I thought about my favorite style and decided to make it a shop where women can enjoy sake from noon and women can easily stop by,” says Mr. Suita.

Suita, who is also a sake lover himself, said that he acquired the qualification of a Kikishu master at the opening of the store so that more customers could understand the appeal of sake. He says, "The customers are often more knowledgeable and more often taught."

The menu includes sake (600 yen and up), beer (550 yen), and various cocktails (550 yen). "Salad" (600 yen), appetizer (500 yen), etc. Coffee includes yakuzen curry (980 yen) and roast beef bowl (980 yen, 10 meals a day).

“I want to support women who work and create a store that gives them vitality the next day, so that they can enjoy alcohol from noon and go home soon after enjoying it,” says Suita. "We want to create a store where tourists and foreigners can visit for free."

Business hours are from 11:00 to 22:00 (Monday = 16:00 to 22:00). Closed on Sundays.
