On July 20, the food court will open at the Aomori shopping center "ELM" (Goshogawara City).

Nine restaurants will open on the ruins of "Kumazawa Shoten," which is located on the second floor next to Elm Hall and moved to the first floor. This is part of the renewal business that will start in March this year at Elm, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. There are 700 seats. In the family space for families, children's seats and digging-style tatami rooms are also available.

The highlights are "Ikinari Steak" and "Pigya Tonichi", which will be the first stores in Aomori. "Ikinari Steak" is a steak restaurant that features order cuts that are sold by the gram, and will be the 46th prefecture's nationwide store. “Butaya Tonichi” is a sister store of the udon chain “Marugame Seimen”, and is an open kitchen tonkatsu/tonteki specialty store.

In addition to "Hanamaru Udon" which is the first store in the Tsugaru area and "Tendon Tenya" which is the third store in Aomori Prefecture, "Tsugaru Ramen Kaido" which was closed from January this year will be reopened. Four stores will open: “China Soba Chibakiya”, “Hakodate Noodle Studio Hydrangea”, “Noodle Shop Shirakaba Sanso” and “Ramen Kogane Family”.

The fast food restaurant "Poppo" was reopened in the Goshogawara area for the first time in five years. According to the person in charge of the store, there were many users of the previous store that existed since the opening of Elm, and there were many inquiries about reopening after the store closed. This will be the second store in Poppo nationwide to offer a "full set" of crepes, takoyaki, okonomiyaki, thin-skin golden ware, soft serve ice cream, and fried potatoes. The crepe menu is limited to the store.

Elm is also planning to open the "GU" on September 14th.
