The cafe is a sister store of "Restaurant Yamazaki" and "Patisserie Yamazaki". Takashi Yamazaki, the president and chef, is one of the people who set up a campaign for "Western-style and French cuisine town Hirosaki". While running the restaurant, he opened the cafe, saying, "I would like to create a place where people can come to Japan more easily and tourists and locals can enjoy coffee and wine all day."

Yamazaki's special ingredients are used for the menu. In addition to curry, tart, and herbal tea made from "miracle apples" by Akinori Kimura, who succeeded in cultivating completely pesticide-free and fertilizer in the city, French such as pork from Hasegawa Natural Farm (Ajigasawa, Aomori Prefecture) Offer.
