On July 5th, "Nikugato", a restaurant specializing in lean meat, opened in Hirosaki (Tamachi, Hirosaki, TEL 0172-40-2988).

The restaurant is set up by Tsuyoshi Miura, a meat-loving owner who is particular about red meat and has even raised cattle. This is the fourth store after the Ningyocho main store (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), Tamachi store (Minato-ku), and Nagoya store (Nagoya-shi, Aichi).

Regarding the process of opening the store, Mr. Miura smiles, "Kotarou Harada, who can be said to be a freak who goes to the store almost every week, has been persuaded." Mr. Harada is from Hirosaki and currently lives in Tokyo. He runs a fashion consulting salon and says, “I like roasted meat so much that I walk around. I wanted to convey the deliciousness of nigaku to the local community.”

When opening a store, Mr. Harada's older brother, Mr. Yosho, became independent from the business. After three months of training in Tokyo, I got a pass from Mr. Miura. "My older brother also works as a representative of our shop because he likes meat as much as he writes on the business card, "I live with meat."

We used crowdfunding "Makuake" to collect funds for opening a store, and when we recruited collaborators, we achieved the target amount of 1 million yen in one day. By June 21, the deadline for applications, it exceeded 300%. Mr. Harada is grateful that "we were able to support more than we expected."

There are 44 seats. The store area is about 47 tsubo. Menus include a handful of red meat "Blissful handful" (300 yen), "Ganso 1 Inabo grilled for 1.5 seconds Sukiyaki-style" (800 yen), "Wagyu lean lock" (1,650 yen) using chef's special garlic butter joyu. Offer. Side dishes such as "Adult's highball" (550 yen) made with Cambodian pepper and "Special fluffy shaved ice (pudding flavor)" (500 yen) for dessert are also shown.

When the reception was held as a pre-opening, there were women in their 70s who ate a lot of meat as "delicious" and "Nikugato" fans who came from Tokyo on the opening day. Mr. Harada says that he feels "I'm happy".

Regarding the future, Mr. Harada is eager to say, "I would like to create a menu that collaborates with local ingredients and a menu limited to Aomori.

Business hours are from 17:00 to 24:00. Closed on Wednesdays.
