On June 24th, the ramen shop Nakamiso, located in the underground food court of the department store Nakasan Hirosaki (Hirosaki city bank), will sell the new menu Nakamiso yakisoba for one day only.

This store has been selling "miso miso", a ramen known as Hirosaki citizen's soul food, for over 40 years.

“Nakamiso yakisoba” will be sold at stores along the same street as “Yosakoi Tsugaru” which will be held on the same day in Dotemachi Street. According to Kana Miura, who was in charge of product development, it was completed after about two months of trial and error.

"In the beginning, it was yakisoba that used the same ingredients as Nakamiso. When we tried it in-house, there was an opinion that it lacked impact, so I put the meat miso, which I was thinking of as a new product, on top of yakisoba." Miura-san.

Meat miso is fried with minced meat, onions and carrots for "miso miso". The company tasted it and it is well received, and it is said that ideas for new products using meat miso have already appeared.

Miura says he has been providing Nakamiso for more than 10 years. "I want you to eat "Nakamiso" on the day, but if you can't eat it because it's hot, I want you to be satisfied with "Nakamiso yakisoba"," he smiles.

The price is 500 yen (limited to 200 meals). It will be sold from 9:30.
