On June 1st, "Ouchi Cafe one.natural" (Kasuga Town, Hirosaki City) opened in a residential area near Hirosaki Park.

The shop is a renovated maisonette type apartment. With the concept of "Today's food will be connected to tomorrow", we are particular about organic brown rice, vegetables, and additive-free seasonings. The store area is about 20 tsubo, and there are 8 seats on the 1st floor and 12 seats on the 2nd floor. Set up a cashier counter and a dedicated sink in the living room. Mr. Sanwa is from Goshogawara and has been working at a fast food restaurant for over 10 years. “I became interested in food because my child was allergic. I tended to get sick,” he recalls. "I got a qualification as a natural food coordinator three years ago, and I became keenly aware of the importance of food."
