On June 1st, the cafe "Yador" will open in the multipurpose hall "Apuru" in Itayanagi-cho (Hainuma, Itanayanagi-cho, Kitatsugaru-gun, TEL 0172-72-1800).

This cafe is opened by Seiya Sato, the owner of the bar "Sei" (Tsuji, Itayanagi-cho, Kitatsugaru-gun) in the same town. Mr. Sato is from the same town and returned to Tokyo after moving to Tokyo to study bartending. He has a history of participating in the national bartender skill competition for two consecutive years.

The town-run facility "Aplu" is used at weddings, social gatherings and study sessions in the district, as it is cheap to rent for townspeople. A coffee shop was open in the facility until around June 2014, but it is now an empty tenant.

Mr. Sato said, "I remember that Apple was an indispensable facility for the townspeople, and there was a lively cafe space. I missed the empty floor and wanted to do it without hesitation when I knew that I could rent it. The name of the store comes from "Yukuru," and I hope that there will be a new place for people to gather, regardless of the area."

The menu is coffee (350 yen and above) that you can add with hand drip. Galette drink set (900 yen ~), pasta (700 yen ~), pilaf (700 yen), toast (600 yen), non-alcoholic cocktails are also available. Mr. Sato smiles, "The process of making coffee and cocktails may be the same so as to unify the mind when providing."

"We cannot provide alcohol because it will be a public facility, but we would like to provide non-alcoholic cocktails to disseminate the cocktail culture." "We mainly used the townspeople, but we hope that the number of facility users will increase as a result of this store," he said.

Business hours are from 11:00 to 17:00.
