"CoCo Ichibanya Hirosaki Joto" (Hirosaki City Sotozaki, TEL 0172-27-7456) started offering "Curry Ramen" on May 8th.

Headquartered in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture, it is the only store in the Hirosaki area that has the largest curry chain in Japan. The company offers "Curry Ramen" at the second store in Tohoku. This is the first time in Aomori prefecture. Nami Kuruma, the store's store manager, explains the reason why he began offering the product, saying, "If it becomes a new tool for attracting customers."

In recent years, the number of new stores such as ramen has increased around the same store, and Mr. Keima said, "We have decided to take demand in anticipation of demand." The training went to "Menya Kokoichi Ichinomiya Suehiro Store" (Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture) to learn how to make ramen. “I had a hard time because it was a different genre,” he recalls.

Ramen uses soup blended based on cocoichi curry sauce. In addition to choosing the thickness and amount of noodles, you can choose the spiciness from normal to "10 spicy". “I heard some customers say that they were delicious, and I was happy that the elderly people were happy,” he says with a smile.

The ramen menu is "Thick Umakuk Curry Ramen" (750 yen) and "Umokuk Curry Ramen" (650 yen). In addition to topping menus such as "3 pieces of char siu" (850 yen) and "manual-made pork cutlet" (870 yen), set menus such as "fried gyoza/karaage set" (1,000 yen and up) are available. Lunch menu (11:00 to 15:00) is also available.

Business hours are from 11:00 to 24:00.
