Hideki Ebina from the company's sales department recalls, “When I ate the prototype, I was very responsive and felt the response.” "But almost everyone who tasted it was from Aomori Prefecture," he laughs, but he analyzes that "the taste that he was used to when he was a child can be accepted." On the first day, it sold about 1.5 times the normal number of shipments.

The company has released several types of products that use "stamina source" and sold them last year. The bread has been improved since last year, and the bread surface is topped with breadcrumbs and mayonnaise-style dressing to give it a slightly sour finish.
