This business is centered on the NPO "Aomori IT Utilization Support Center" and 15 groups including municipalities, universities and IT companies in the prefecture participate. Adopted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in the 2017 hometown telework promotion project, and has maintained a telework environment. In addition to renovating SHIFT, which is the same venue, "Gravity CO-WORK" (Furukawa, Aomori City, TEL 017-718-0207) was newly established.

SHIFT will secure about 12 seats in an area of 45 tsubo, and Gravity CO-WORK will prepare 12 seats in an area of 25 tsubo. Both provide free internet environment and can be used as a rental conference room (rental space). In the future, we plan to use a copy multifunction machine and projector rental service. Masakuni Honda, of the Aomori IT Utilization Support Center, said, "We will actively accept the use of local creators and IT migrants."

At the opening event, Masakatsu Oura, the director of the center, explained the business purpose. “Aomori's problem was lack of human resources and technology, but it will be solved by promoting telework. From now on, people will come to the company. In the future, companies in Tokyo will send human resources to rural areas, but they will be released as branches. There will be a new age."

In the keynote speech, former Microsoft Toshio Morimoto gave a presentation and introduced the efforts of the Saga Prefectural Government.
