On February 6th, the ramen store "Nakamiso" in the food court of Hirosaki's department store "Nakasan Hirosaki store" (Hirosaki city bank) was relocated and renewed.

"Nakamiso" is a miso ramen that has been sold at the food court on the basement floor of the store for over 40 years. Popular as Hirosaki's soul food, the store name was changed from "China Doll" to "Nakamiso" in 2012.

The location of the relocated new store is next to the previous store. It used to be an empty booth. Regarding the relocation, Mr. Daisuke Kawamura of Nakamitsu said, "It often caused customers to wait on weekends and during the homecoming season, which was a problem. The relocation made the kitchen about twice as large. I will be connected."

The menu is miso ramen (large size = 700 yen, medium size = 620 yen, small size = 520 yen), hot miso ramen (large size = 730 yen, medium size = 650 yen, small size = 550 yen). For the topping menu, butter (80 yen) and char siu (150 yen) are newly added. “There were so many customer requests,” says Kawamura.

From February 7th to 9th, Nakamiso (medium) will be sold for 500 yen as a commemorative project for the reopening.
