The "Valentine's Day Fair" was held on January 25 at Hirosaki's department store "Nakasan" in Hirosaki City.

The same event where local shops are opened and collaboration products are lined up. At the special event space on the 6th floor, there will be a corner called "Chocolate Love," which sells more than 150 kinds of approximately 40 select-brand chocolates and about 1,000 items, and a booth called Cafe & Marche where local shops will open.

At the cafe booth, we opened the "Utsuwa de Cafe". Offers sweets and light meals in Tsugaru Kanayama ware. The store is changed daily, and until 31st, “Zilch studio”, which provides chocolate cakes and tarts, is in charge. On February 2nd and 3rd, soup specialty store "Soup Riders" will offer soup and hot sandwiches. The cafe "Shoborn" in Towada provides matcha terrines only on the 4th, and the buckwheat shop "Kusanosho" in Hirosaki is in charge on the 7th. Kotori cafe will open from 10th to 12th.

Workshops will be held during the period. On February 4th, a cheese seminar and workshop entitled "CHOOSE A CHEESE !!" will be held. We invite Mr. Hiroki Yamamoto, who is a director of Cheese Professional Association, as a lecturer and talk about cheese for beginners while eating cheese. The workshop is to make mozzarella cheese with the staff of Naples pizza specialty store "PIZZERIA DA SASSINO".

On February 3rd, a workshop will be held to make an original sachet by "Yoake no Akari", and on the 6th and 13th, a muffin lesson will be held by "Kotori cafe".
