On March 21, next year, the Meiji University Gree Club Hirosaki special concert will be held at the Hirosaki Civic Center (Shimohiragincho, Hirosaki City).

The club is the only male chorus in Meiji University. Founded in 1960 (Showa 35), he has won the Vienna Youth Chorus Festival Silver Award, has planned a joint concert with Harvard University, and has performed many local performances.

Mizuki Kimura, a student conductor, belongs to the club, and this time the club's first Aomori performance was realized. Kimura is from Hirosaki Chuo High School Music Department. "It's a great pleasure to be able to sing together with friends I met in Tokyo in Hirosaki, a local area. Although a chorus may not have a flashy performance, I want to convey the fun and splendor of chorus to as many people as possible. "I show enthusiasm.

On the same day, about 40 members participated in the chorus, and Kentaro Sato, who is active both in Japan and abroad in composing and arranging movies and video games, will be the conductor. The Hirosaki Chuo High School Music Club's independent stage and the Hirosaki City First Junior High School Chorus Club will also have a program to participate in the chorus.

“We have a lot of time until the event, so I would like to make sure that the wonderful stage at Hirosaki Civic Center is fully occupied,” said Tomasa Watanabe, the club's OB chairman who cooperates with the concert.

Open at 13:00 and start at 13:30. free entrance.
