A new Aoyama store (Aoyama, Hirosaki City) of the Jiro-type ramen store "Putajiro" opened on July 11th. It has become a hot topic in word of mouth.

Sho Fukushi, the store manager, is one of the founding members of "Putajiro" (former carpentry town) that opened three years ago. Started to want to start Jiro Ramen that I ate in Tokyo in my hometown of Hirosaki. However, I felt that the number of seats was limited and I wanted to start in a new and large place. There are 35 seats. “There are many tatami mats in the store so that families can come here,” says Fukushi. At present, the number of family members is steadily increasing.

The soup uses pork bones and pork and is slowly boiled over 2 days. Unlike the Jiro-type ramen in Tokyo, we have added an arrangement that makes it easier to eat, unlike the Jiro-type ramen in Tokyo.

For toppings, you can add meat (3 pieces) for 200 yen, and you can increase vegetables, backfat, garlic, and onions, which are the characteristics of Jiro ramen, for free. The noodles are basically thick noodles, but you can change to thin noodles. There is also an Oshin service with the manager's capricious.

Pork bone soy sauce-based menu is pork Jiro ramen (middle = 750 yen, large = 850 yen), pork ramen (middle = 800 yen, large = 900 yen), negi ramen (middle = 650 yen, large = 750 yen) ) 3 types. There are two types of seafood pork bone base: fish pork ramen (medium = 650 yen, large = 750 yen) and tsukemen (medium = 750 yen, large = 850 yen). There are two types of miso base: Negiso miso ramen (medium = 750 yen, large = 850 yen) and hot miso ramen (medium = 750 yen, large 850 yen). We also serve chilled Chinese (medium = 700 yen, large 800 yen) only in summer.

Business hours are from 11:00 to 22:00. Closed on Sundays.
