On November 1st, the bread specialty store "Nogami Hanare Hirosaki Dealer" (Waseda Hirosaki, TEL 017-736-1477) opened in Hirosaki.

“NOGAMI” currently has 65 stores nationwide, and is the second store in Aomori prefecture after “Aomori store” (Higashi Zodo, Aomori City). This is the fourth store in the Tohoku region.

Founded in 2013 in Uehonmachi, Osaka, the store is particular about ingredients, uses 100% Canadian flour, and does not use food additives or eggs. It has also been selected for the "Bread of the Year 2016 Bread Category Gold Award" and "10 delicious Japanese breads."

The menu includes bread (2 lobbies = 800 yen, 1 loaf = 400 yen) and three types of in-house jams (1,000 yen each): "strawberry," "marmalade," and "blueberry." The shop carries the bread produced at the Aomori shop directly and sells it on the day. The number is limited and it will be closed as soon as it is sold out.

On the first day of opening, about 100 people lined up in front of the store for bread, with the first person standing in line one hour before the store opened.

Yoshihiro Nakao, the owner of the store, is enthusiastic about the goal of creating a store rooted in the local community. Aomori and Hirosaki are apple producing regions. Someday, if we can make jams using apples from local farmers, we are enthusiastic.

Business hours are from 11:00 to 19:00.
