An apple harvest festival will be held on September 23 and 24 at Apple Park (Shimizu Tomita, Hirosaki City).

The festival started when we promoted apples while praying for a good harvest of apples in the harvest season. Despite changing the event name, this year will be the 8th time this year, and the eve of the festival "Tsugaru Oktoberfest" will be held for the first time this time. A festival to celebrate the opening of the German beer brewing season is arranged as Hirosaki's edition, and the season of apples begins.

At the Tsugaru Oktoberfest to be held on the 23rd, four companies will prepare homemade cider, as well as buckwheat shochu using apple wine and locally-produced buckwheat flour. The craft beer brewery "Be Easy Brewing" (Matsugae 5), which opened last year, offers for the first time "Tsugaru Oktoberfest," which reproduces German Oktoberfest beer using German hops, yeast, and malt.

At the food booth, cafe restaurant DuBois (Shimohiragincho) offers hamburgers for the day only, Owani Nature Village (Owanimachi, Nishitsugaru-gun) offers homemade sausages, and side dishes, sweets and smoked food are lined up. From 16:00, Nikka Cider will behave, and from 18:00, apple pie will behave.

On the 24th, a demonstration of selling a huge apple pie with a diameter of 2 meters, drinking apple juice, comparing apple apple live, and other projects related to apples were held, and the premiere of King IV of the "Apple Kingdom" that made Hirosaki a fictional kingdom. Also do.
