"Dining Hibiki" (Hirosaki City, Dote Town), where you can enjoy live Tsugaru Shamisen and local cuisine, started a two-month limited lunch buffet from July.

Lunch buffet is held every month with a theme. In July, "Healthy & Anti-Aging" will be held with a menu that is gentle to the body with a focus on beauty and health, with a focus on ingredients from Aomori Prefecture. From August, we plan to offer a family menu and shaved ice that children can enjoy under the theme of "Enjoy the Summer! Happy Family Summer."

“The lunch buffet is the first time for us at this restaurant. We are doing it during the Neputa period, so I want many customers to visit,” said Kazuma Sansei, the store manager.

The store is open for business at night and has been performing Tsugaru Shamisen live every day from 19:00. Performers such as Emperor Sasakawa and Kohei Shibuya who have national championship experience perform every day. If you order drinks and food, you can watch the live show for free.

Lunch buffet is from 11:00 to 14:00. The price is 1,500 yen for adults and 1,000 yen for children (junior high school students and younger). Closed on Mondays.
