    On August 12, near the Hirosaki Bus Terminal, "Chuka x Bal Aboya" (Ekimaemachi, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-40-3850) opened.

    Ryuta Abo is the owner of the restaurant, who had trained at a Chinese restaurant in a hotel in Hakodate for over 10 years and was in charge of the kitchen at Hirosaki Chinese restaurant "Minpai" from 2011 to May this year.

    The store area is about 20 tsubo. There are 13 counter seats, 6 table seats and 24 tatami mat seats. Three 43-inch LCD TVs will be installed in the store. “I want to do public viewing of soccer and baseball in the store eventually,” says Abo.

    The menu includes “Today's fried rice” (800 yen), “Spring rolls” (200 yen), “Shumai” (3 pieces = 300 yen), and various à la carte dishes (500 yen and up). A5 rank Japanese black beef dishes (150 grams = 2,600 yen for steaks), which can be prepared according to order. At lunchtime, "Ankake yakisoba", "Ankake ramen", "Ankake fried rice", and "Ankake messenger" (above 800 yen) will be offered.

    Drinks include Heartland draft beer (550 yen), sake (600 yen), red wine, white wine, sparkling wine (500 yen), potato shochu, barley shochu (above 450 yen), highball (380 yen), etc. To do.
