It has been half a year since August 1 when the Pizzeria da Sasino (Hirosaki specialty store, Pizzeria da Sasino) (Hirosaki City, Dote-cho, TEL 0172-33-2139) has installed a new wine faucet.

A store specializing in authentic pizzas made from stone kilns procured from Italy. Mr. Michiaki Sasamori, who is a native of Hirosaki and his owner, trained in Italy and then returned home to open "Ostereria Enoteca da Sasino" (Honmachi). This is the second store.

“I wanted to make a faucet that fulfilled my dream of drinking,” says Sasamori. There are three faucets, and when you twist the handle, homemade apple wine, Italian red wine and white wine come out respectively. "I'm Hirosaki's first. It's rare in Japan," he says with confidence.

Since it is a mobile type because it has casters, it is possible to exhibit at events. “It was also an initiative aimed at the sixth industry. I wanted to propose a new way of enjoying alcohol drinks,” says Sasamori.

Half a year has passed since the installation, “Because wine comes out of the faucet, lovers are overjoyed at first, but after the second cup, they tend to be absorbed in cooking and leave it to the staff. I also want to create a device that conveys the fun of pouring."

500 yen for both red wine and white wine. Apple wine costs 650 yen. It will be offered for 500 yen during the Neputa period (August 1st to 7th).

Business hours are from 11:30 to 14:30 and from 17:00 to 21:00. Closed on Mondays (Tuesday if it is a holiday).
