Former members of T-SQUARE Hirotaka Izumi (piano) and Mitsuru Sudo (bass) will perform live at Hirosaki on July 7. In Tohoku, it will be held in Sendai, Fukushima, and Hirosaki.

T-SQUARE was formed in 1976 (Showa 51) (then the band name was THE SQUARE). Mr. Izumi was in 1982 (57) and Mr. Sudo was in 1986-2000. This live will be a national tour commemorating the release of the first album "6 on 224" by the duo unit "HIROMITSU".

The live in Hirosaki will be held at "Cafe Lemon" (Shinjimachi, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-33-9359). The store regularly holds live concerts by musicians, mainly jazz and classical music, who are active both inside and outside the prefecture, regardless of whether they are professionals or amateurs.

“Izumi-san performed a live performance here in July 2013, which led to the event being held,” says Fumiko Kudo, who works at the store. Mr. Kudo himself said that he had many opportunities to touch T-SQUARE songs while playing music as a pianist. “The manager was pleased when I told them that I was a longing band, and the story came together immediately.”

“I want as many people as possible to listen to Mr. Izumi and Mr. Sudo's performances that leave a certain footstep as a musician,” says Mr. Kudo.
