    Hirosaki's pasta specialty shop "PastaYa" (Hirosaki-shi station square) is now selling pasta sauce that collaborated with raw pasta from the side dish "Iebar specialty shop BONHEUR".

    The product lineup includes "shrimp tomato cream sauce", "snow crab tomato sauce", "beef cheek meat in red wine sauce" (980 yen), "meat sauce" (580 yen), "free tomato sauce" (350 yen) ), "Free tomato sauce with Parmigiano Reggiano" (450 yen). All the sauces were handmade and the flavors offered at the store were vacuum packed.

    According to Kanako Kasai of the pasta, the collaboration was triggered by an encounter with the “raw pasta from the specialty store Ie Bar,” which Bonur started selling in February. Mr. Kasai recalls, "The fresh pasta of Bonur had a taste that I had never tasted before."

    According to Katsunobu Takahashi of Bonur, raw pasta is a custom-made product that was developed with a focus on compatibility with wine. “When I was looking for a full-scale pasta sauce that I could enjoy at home, I just wanted to enjoy the pasta sauce of pasta that can be enjoyed just by warming it, which is in line with our idea,” says Takahashi.

    One month after it was released in April, the store said that it was able to make his wife happy. Kanako smiles, "Thanks."

    On May 15, "Aomori Prefecture Asparagus and Ishikawa Bacon Tomato Cream Sauce" (980 yen) will be released. Katsumi Kasai shows his willingness to continue producing pasta sauces that use seasonal vegetables according to the season.

    Collaborative pasta sauce is sold at Bonheur (Sakura no Hirosaki store, Nakasan Hirosaki store), a home bar specialty store, Hirosaki Market, and Fresh Farm FORET.
