    The Hirosaki ramen shop "Nivo shin. Hirosaki shop" (Takada, Hirosaki City, TEL 0172-29-2333) will hold the 5th anniversary project on April 12th.

    This store opened in 2012 as Hirosaki's first store in the "Nivoshin." group, which has its main store (Higashi-ku, Sapporo-shi) in Hokkaido. This is the first anniversary project.

    On the day of the event, the menu will be limited to the ramen "Nibochu", which is the main product, and the normal price of 730 yen will be hung on "Thank you thank you" for 390 yen. For toppings, prepare spicy dumplings, special boiled egg, seaweed (above 110 yen), "special chashu" (220 yen), additional green onions, and raw eggs (above 50 yen).

    "Nivochu" is characterized by soup made by boiling pork bones and dried sardines for a long time, and many fans call it "nibochu". Hiroyuki store staff Kosuke Nara is one of them. At first, I used to go there as a customer, but since I was attracted by the taste of Nibochu and the way I cook ramen in the kitchen, I started working as a staff member three years ago. "After eating Nibochu, I can eat dried anchovy ramen," he said.

    It is said that Mitsuru Narita, who is the owner of the store when the store first opened and is currently in the second generation, shin. Takasaki store (Takasaki, Hirosaki City), rushes on the day of the anniversary project. Mr. Narita says, "I would like to thank all the regulars who have supported me for five years and serve ramen. I hope this project will also bring new customers to the store."

    Nara calls on the store, saying, "I can't imagine how fast I can serve ramen with 10 seats, but I want old customers who are too far away to eat."
