Hirosaki's delicatessen restaurant offers "ekata crepe" wine and enjoyment
Hirosaki's delicatessen store "BONHEUR" (Hirosaki City Tohoku, TEL 070-5094-1831) will sell 4 kinds of "ekata crepes" for one day on February 3rd.
The same store that manufactures and sells bar menus that mainly use takeout using vegetables and ingredients from the prefecture. Nobukatsu Takahashi says, “When I thought about what I could offer at our shop, I came up with the idea for the crepe, a signature product,” in line with the ehomaki that I would eat during Setsubun on February 3.
Ebi crepes are made from 4 different cheeses, roast beef, raw ham and mozzarella, and wrapped in crepe skin to make it easy to match with wine. Mr. Takahashi says, "We combined the red and white wines so that they can be matched easily. The length is about 20 cm and the thickness is 4 to 5 cm. A considerable volume."
Mr. Takahashi says, "The custom of ehomaki has become common in recent years. I want to propose a new ehomaki that I can enjoy with wine in the presence of ehomaki wrapped with roll cake and unusual ingredients." ..
